Return Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS-

1. Returns will only be accepted in the following cases-

• Damaged (Broken or leaking) bottle
• Missing items
• Incorrect items (Different than what was ordered)

And an unboxing video proof is necessary to place a return request for the same.

2. Return requests must be placed within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. The packaging of the product along with the outer carton box for shipping should be intact for return approval. In case the packaging of the product is discarded or damaged including the outer carton box, Kris Paris will be unable to honor any Refund/Replacement requests and the product will be returned to the customer at his/her own delivery expense.
4. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.
5. The return/replacement/refund policy is valid only for orders placed on the website. Third-party website orders will not be acknowledged for returns/replacement/refund.
6. Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients and damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. This also does not cover repercussions arising out of specific sensitivities towards a product/ ingredient and you are advised to do patch tests as cautioned in every product.
7. Upon approval of the return request, your refund amount may be credited after up to 15 days.
