• Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
• Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Opened or used perfumes.
• Items purchased on sale or clearance.
• Personalized or customized products.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange

• Return Instructions: Follow the provided instructions for returning the item. Please ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

4. Processing the Exchange

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
• If approved, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days and notify you via email.
